I use a variety of therapeutic models including
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
Reality Therapy and Positive Psychology.
My practice integrates these main models including practical solution focussed approaches which ensures that you see positive results in a short period of time whilst also addressing underlying issues that ensures long lasting change.

About me

With over 15 years' experience in diverse settings, I have worked in both the public and private mental health settings. These have provided me with extensive experience working with individuals, couples and groups.
